You won’t just be “implementing Figma files. ” You’ll be shaping how humans interact with AI agents, intelligent workflows, and next-gen enterprise tools and you’ll have a real seat at the product table.
🎯 The Role:
- 🧠 Design AI-powered interfaces that feel effortless to CXOs and end users alike
- 🎨 Own end-to-end UX — research → flows → wireframes → high-fidelity → handoff
- ✨ Turn enterprise complexity into screens people want to use
- 🏗️ Build and own our design system from scratch

- 🔍 A genuine eye you notice bad spacing, weak hierarchy, and broken typography in the wild
- 🎨 Fluency in Figma auto-layout, components, variants, prototyping, design tokens
- 🧠 You think in user flows and journeys, not isolated screens
- 💡 You can defend every design decision with reasoning, not vibes
- 🏗️ You’ve shipped or contributed to a real design system
