We are looking for: THE DESIGN & MARKETING INTERN
As Klypup’s Design & Marketing Intern, you’ll be the creative engine powering Klypup’s brand presence across digital touchpoints. From crafting scroll-stopping visuals to brainstorming viral content ideas, you’ll help shape how the world sees us. You must possess a passion for design, storytelling, and experimentation, and be ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity, startup environment where ideas turn into campaigns at lightning speed.
Your responsibilities will include building compelling brand narratives, creating modern and bold design assets, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring Klypup stands out as the most exciting AI & cloud consulting startup in India, Singapore, and the UAE. You will work closely with a small but champion team across business development, product marketing, the founder’s office, and engineering teams to bring creative concepts to life.
You come with basic design and marketing knowledge that helps you understand brand language, visual hierarchy, and audience psychology. When you design, people stop scrolling. When you write, people pay attention. You should be a collaborative hustler who can brainstorm, execute, iterate, and re-create until the output looks world-class.
We are a startup and expect you to bring that startup-hustle mentality.
Key job responsibilities:
- Creative design for social media (static posts, carousels, thumbnails), including concept research and copywriting
- Designing marketing decks such as product pitches, sales first-call decks, internal documentation, and client presentations
- Supporting sales outreach by cold calling, creating cold email templates, improving sales scripts, and designing supporting content
- Basic video editing for podcasts, product demos, and social media clips (a strong plus)
- Assisting in content planning across channels (LinkedIn, website, email, and events)
- Helping with brand alignment by maintaining visual consistency across all creatives
- Coordinating with internal teams to gather inputs, understand requirements, and deliver timely marketing assets
- Researching industry trends, competitor creative styles, and best practices to improve content quality
- Participating in client calls, taking notes, understanding requirements, and preparing follow-up documentation
- Assisting in organising and documenting marketing processes, campaign trackers, and asset libraries
- Ensure high standards and maintain CRM hygiene
- Proactive monitoring of customer activity, spotting retention risks, and building mitigation plans
A Day in the Life:
- Start-up attitude. Hustle is the rhythm of the business
- Teamwork is real – there are no silos
- We build stuff – but always keeping the customer first
- Brainstorm creative concepts for upcoming content pieces, product launches, and campaigns
- Design social creatives, thumbnails, marketing collateral, or presentation assets
- Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and founders on pitch decks, product demos, or launch visuals
- Review analytics to understand audience behaviour and iterate on design styles
- Participate in marketing huddles, content calendar discussions, and brand strategy sessions
- Stay updated on design trends, new AI tools, and best-in-class visual storytelling formats
- Share design drafts, iterate on feedback, and ensure timely campaign delivery
- Maintain an organized library of brand assets and ensure design hygiene
